‘Extinct’ 3m largetooth sawfish washes up on E Cape coast

I seem to recall a similar story from the Eastern Cape (Cintsa IIRC) not too long ago @Estelle ? (i might be thinking of ship remains however).

And then there was of course the famous coelacanth catch in I think 1975?

Are there any other presumed extinct species that have surfaced on our East Coast?

THE RAPTURE! It’s starting

Medieval cartographers were right! The dark, deep, and cold southern oceans really do hold dracones.
