Two people have been arrested after a spate of kidnappings in Nelson Mandela Bay over the past year. A ransom payment led to the safe release of 73-year-old Theresa Minnie, kidnapped from her home in Kariega last week. After Minnie was found, the Hawks’ multidisciplinary team arrested two suspects linked to the abduction, recovering cash, vehicles, and firearms.
