What does being a URC shareholder mean for the four South African clubs and Saru? Here’s a brief outline. On the face of it, it looks like a good deal and sources at various clubs are reasonably happy with developments. They would like more say, and they always want more income. But this puts Saru and the clubs on a surer financial footing.
