We weren’t sure what to expect when I made this soup on Sunday evening. Then we tasted it. It’s possibly the best we’ve had this wintry soup season. Here’s my recipe for a lightly curried carrot and ginger soup, with coriander croutons. Snuggle up.

Winter is rolling across the Cape, and Souper Tuesday is my favourite time of year. Can’t wait to try more soup recipes!
