South Africa is looking down the barrel of a 30% tariff on exports to the US. This will likely result in significant job losses. While we “brace for impact”, is there anything us ordinary citizens can do to support our economy and peers? @Rebecca_Davis @StephenGrootes @Estelle
It’s all well and good Ronald announcing support for businesses affected by the 30% US tariffs, but has he explained where the money is coming from? I’d love to hear Enoch’s thoughts on this…

I guess it was factored into the budget-at least some of it- we all knew it was coming. The question is how much of a cushion can be provided.
