When is the best time to exercise?

According to this article, morning exercise is harder for most people (its all about body temperature and hormones, the science says). When do you prefer to work out? (I’m personally just proud to get a workout in at all, nevermind when it happens :sweat_smile: )

my new rule is that i have to plank while i wait for my coffee to boil in the mocha pot. Easier said than done.
