I have been a yoga teacher since 2011, but I started by doing meditation and a facilitators course in 2004. I did a 2 year in depth training, and then supplemented it over the years with Budokon Yoga, functional anatomy, trauma based movement, as well as breathing practices. I specialise in making these practices available to everyone, going as practical or spiritual as a person needs, BUT I refuse to make any of these practices a way to bypass life or our physical existence. I enjoy helping runners and people who struggle with mobility to find a way to move better or stretch specifically, as well as assisting yoga teachers in cueing better, and balancing their practice with their teaching.
In addition to meditation workshops, I also give journaling workshops.
Thanks Ruth, I have popped you an email.
Thanks Nadya, I have sent you a message here on DMC.

Hi All, I would love to share my expertise around all things Cannabis / Dagga / Ntsango / Matekwane…
I am a veteran Cannabis Activist (Remember the Dagga Couple?) and am at breaking point with the amount of misinformation and enduring stigma around our favourite plant. As the title of a recent media article I wrote says: “It’s a Wild Ride with Cannabis in South Africa”! I would love to chat and answer questions. If I can’t answer your question, I have an army of genuine experts to refer you to. Looking forward to the conversation.
